This is "neko", or ume izanagi, from my hopefully made manga/comic/thing. ;3;
In the story she's not anthro or anything, at most ears and a tail, but hey.
She's quite a bit of a tsundere, and referred to as 'hi no neko' or fiery-cat, for her temper and other tsundere-mannerisms.
Her 'counterpart', who's a bit undecided at this point, is referred to as a fish because of him/her being content with being lazy and not doing much.
Hence the title of the manga/comic, "neko ni katsuobushi"; literally "fish to a cat", but is an idiom meaning; "A situation where one can not let their guard down (because the cat can't resist stealing your fish)."

So yeah. I have a 25 expressions meme of neko in the works at my gf's house, but she has no internet so that's about all I can do. xD
