This isn't a bad pic, but the body just seems a bit off. What I mean is that he seems too short or his head is a bit big. The proportions of the body aren't completely there yet.

I like this one, the coloring is a lot better, not a lot of people add the small details to pants, which is nice to see.

Very well done! the anatomy could use some work, proportion wise but besides that there is alot of good things to it! As SourShark said above, its nice to see that you put time into detailing your drawings. it makes everything look that much better.
Also, i like the hands and the hair.
i like the hair because its a difficult thing to draw, and you managed to draw it and make it look awsome.
i like the hands because well, they are difficult to draw aswell. whenever people draw hands they look dorky and poorly proportioned, but you made them look like hands should be.
last but not least i like the way you coloured it, the colour changes are nice and so is the shadeing. =3
