This is a commission from WhiteEclipse18 on DA for her friend Umberkit (also on DA) of her dear guinea pig Kadaj, who passed away recently. I drew him lying down, relaxed, with angel wings and surrounded by spider lilies, as requested. I went for an almost-symmetrical composition, because I think it looks most calm and peaceful. May he rest in peace.

I have finished another commission for the same person of Kadaj in plushie form, which was finished when he was still alive, and will be uploaded when I have time to put the photos together. However, not long after that I heard of his passing. I feel honoured to make a tribute to someone's beloved pet, and I hope it made the pain a bit more bearable. Sadly I too know what it's like to lose a close fuzzy friend.
