Well, it's not really an icon... lol. This character, Lobo, belongs to  LoboLuver1155w, she had put her character reference up in one of my previous journals offering free icons.

I was bored and didn't have anything else to do today, so decided to look through those characters submitted and draw one! Nothing super special, just trying to get rid of some of my rustiness.
