JAVGW is a weekly webcast that runs on Sundays. I'm a regular viewer (and I've been on it a couple times!).
For a while now, the main host, balade, has been playing Shepard's Crossing, a low-quality Harvest Moon style farming game. A couple weeks back, someone mentioned that in the sequel you can trade a goat for a wife. I, being who I am, quipped back that "goat IS wife!", and after a moment, "goat is BEST wife!".
And then I drew several doodles involving goats. The next week, I was looking at all the doodles and re-watching the part of the cast where the host responded to them, and drew this.
It's Balade*, as a t-rex**, marrying a goat. The implication is that this goat is not sapient. It's just a goat. A goat who doesn't give half a rat's ass about what's going on; there's flowers to be eaten.
I'm glad I gave her an udder instead of boobs. I think that was a good design choice.
*The sombrero is included because he is, in fact, of Mexican descent. I've been watching the cast for a few years, and knew this sort of joke wouldn't really offend him. I am not usually in the habit of denoting Mexican characters with random sombreros.
**He's a t-rex because from what I understood, his furry avatar was either a t-rex or a raccoon. Judging by his slightly confused response over my earlier raccoon/goat doodles, and this piece, this seems to not actually be the case. Perhaps next time I get the urge to draw fanart involving him, I'll ask ahead of time. He didn't actually object to being a raccoon or a t-rex, but I'd like to be sure.
