Very big and nasty thoughts. As big as the bully that would like to beat you up on the outside for your lunch moneys, except with your insides and your happiness. Corrupts your mind to think something that may or may not be true. If not brought up and dealt with, can burn deep then explode later. The explosion is large enough to effect those around you.

The thing about some thoughts though, is that they will pop up out of no where. For no reason at all, just appear in your mind. And your too afraid to tell or release because you don't want that person upset with you or hate you.
