Hmm those wings. Beautiful design, but those wings look like they might be hard for me to duplicate P: But I can definitely try~
For the lineart changes though I'd say it'll be a $1.50 or $2.00 extra just because the wings are huge and the tail will need to be completely redone. But other wise its definitely do able. c;
