Epita is part of her jury, the 7th one actually. It's suggest that she's one of Malice's children but because of the crazy rules, especially against unwed sexual relations, the rumors are just that. Malice has no spoken mate.
Epita has been confirmed to have been raised since a child by the Judge. In living and working with her Epita is very attune to her care taker and sees no faults even when others feel them glaring.
