Here are the teeth layed out in order before I put them all in place. This piece was soaking in warm water, ammonia, and oxyclean solution and quite a few stayed in place. When you are cleaning skulls I would suggest trying to pull them out as you change solutions, just so that you know where the tooth came from and you can put them in a safe place until you're done the cleaning process.
If the teeth do get mixed up you can tell if they belong on the left or right side by looking at the cap. For the molars the side that faces put will be smooth, the inner part will be indented. (Where the teeth touch when the mouth is closed.)
