before i go to far into this. if this looks or name is the same as anyone elses characters. I'm sorry I was working on an idea for a story character for my Gundam fan story. this character popped into my head, and then Vashy gave me the wonderful commission.
Anyway, I was trying to think of a few more characters for my story and decided to bring in an older concept character.
Stefan is an A-coordinator from my story, or Animal Coordinator someone who before birth was genetically altered in this case to look much like a mouse.
A side effect of Stefans genetic altering is he appears very female in appearance, though being quite male, he has the looks of an androgynous male. this has always been a think that slightly annoyed him how everyone around him always treat him like a 'precious little girl'. Despite his feminine look, Stefan has a very dominate personality. it is believed by some he is also a closet gay. Which in fact is true. if he could find someone his type he most likely would take advantage of it.
One day in the story He decided prove his allies wrong and that he wasn't some weak 'girly-boi' by hijacking one of the mobile suits in the carrier deck and heading out to assist his allies.

*laughs* in my story the Earth and PLANT are allies in a co defence of the Sol system. though they have new uniform styles to reflect this some like to use the older uniforms. Stefan here likes the Earth Alliance uniform. more so as you stated Mu La Flaga's. more because Stefan thinks of Flaga as an idol from older times because Flaga is sometimes recorded as being a 'pretty boy' too. XD
well i have always wondered how to make a mouse character. after all most of the mice out there i have seen are the sterotype skittish and all that jazz.. but when i hung out with you. your quite far from that.. so i decided to make and break a sterotype for him based on you. how he is a girly boy and looks very feminine in appearence but is actually dominate personality.
*laughs8 well you are very slim compared to most people i know including myself. and at the same time the last time I checked you did pick the most female male character in shades game of SNK vs. Capcom as the best like your character... as such you never shown me a picture of what your boy looks like.
