She asked for her two pet fish, Marlowe (an Oscar) and Cal (a Firemouth) as anthros! They both are named after detectives, so detectives they are.

Marlowe is more 'fedora hat and three piece suit' type of detective, while Cal is more modern and uses a lot of digital technology to help solve cases. Together they are an unstoppable team!

Anthropomorphizing fish was hard but actually really really fun because fish are lovely animals and deserve a lot more attention!
