Background: Being a member of the Ta'alib species, Heirta is a herm. The Ta'alib having centuries ago being forced to transform it's females into herms after the Sith Empire decimated 98 percent of Shinju's male population, the transformations were done to ensure that the species whole live on. As with all members of hir species, Heirta has a deep hatred for the Sith and any faction that serves them. Her parents fought for the Republic during the Clone Wars and shi now fights against the Empire as a member of the Pathfinders, an advanced scouting branch of the Rebel Alliance/New Republic SpecOps forces which insert themselves into the field using parachutes. Heirta has killed over two dozen Imperial troops and officers in the line of duty, which shi is most proud of.
