I can't really tell who that is actually. All I can really see if blue and CLOTHES.

I happen to like the shades of blue used in this picture. Mainly because you look like you used damn near every one of them from navy, to royal, to sky...to the impossible to spell turquoise. [By the way, that actually [u]is[/i] how you spell it.]

So I salute you miss beautifier of blue, for making this wonderful picture as the boy looks up with those really thick snow goggles and wonders... how he's going to move under the weight of that jacket. X)
