This is a direct continuation of my story "Summer Morning" from three months ago. You need to read that one first, if you haven't already: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/663610/
Same disclaimers apply - this is just a story about a day in the life of Zee-Zee, having a happy day out. Don't expect action and adventure, just cuteness :)

Thanks, Island! Actually, I didn't spend too much time on it, it's just that my dad was a primary school teacher with a real passion for getting spelling and grammar right, and he passed it on to me at an early age. Now I don't have to think about that kind of thing at all when I'm writing - I did run a Word spelling/grammar check when I'd finished, but it didn't find anything to complain about except a few 'sentence fragments' (does ANYBODY want to be corrected about sentence fragments?) and instances where Word had got it wrong!
At the moment, I'm actually starting to get back to drawing art a bit.
Still though, until I get issue sorted out with getting the proper driver so my HP all in one (printer/scanner/copier) can be recognized under Vista, I will not be able to scan any hand drawn art until that situation is resolved.

Wow! After finishing both parts of this story, I have got to say I am very impressed by the overall quality of this work, Zoom.
First of all, the way your characters interact with one another is just perfect. Particularly how Richard turns out to not be a typical, bully character and, instead, ends up understanding Sammy's situation.
Another part I enjoyed is the family aspect that is showed in the story. Too often, family is not played up at all in stories or programming. I feel this lack of family in media is sad, because nuances like those in your story help enforce how wonderful the parenting experience can be. The fact you even throw in the single parent, Mark, who seems fine and happy despite his situation is even better. Typical single parents always come off having some sort of resentment or are overbearing. It's nice to see one who really can make lemonade out of lemons.
Quite honestly, I could see a story like this converting well into a children's series. Though, you would have to simplify it down and have loads of pictures. However, material of this nature definately deserves more attention in today's media forms. Especially, as I said earlier, with how violence, apathy, and sex apear to be dominating the mediums.
