On a hot-blooded world.

This is Ifty Rainboss, one of my characters from my series the Rainbow Galaxy Wars.

He's a Swifter, a type of giant, anthro crocodile (avg. height is about 9'9") that aren't actually related to Earth reptiles.

Their technology is superior to our own. And the only clothing they wear is boots. (Although Ifty has been known to wear spiked collars and other spiked accessories.)
