I pretty much loved all the character interactions in the movie.
Bruce: "This guy's brain is a bag full of cats. You can smell the crazy on him."
Thor: "Have care how you speak. Loki may be beyond reason, but he is of Asgard. And he is my brother."
Natasha: "He killed eighty people in two days."
Thor: "He is adopted."
I've seen entire movies that did not entertain me as much as that one scene.
