This is to the best of my knowledge as I was not the builder for this suit:
The wings are made with a skeletal structure of delrin rod with foam to make the shape of the wings then covered in fur. They are attached by velcro straps like a backpack and because of the flexibility of the rod base inside them they bounce when I move.
