This is Bluey in his new snake form, or more precisely, a dragon-naga form. When in this form, Bluey loses his wings, but retains his headspikes. He keeps his tail spines, too, and gains several more (since his 'tail' lengthens). He has a cobra hood colored the same color as his dragon ear-fins are. He also has large fangs that protrude mischievously from his smile. Snake-Bluey is quite long and large, standing about nine-feet-tall. He's very muscular, especially in the pectorals and arms. Like his dragon form, he has sapphire-blue scales and a milky white chest and belly. His eyes are chocolate brown. The black lightning bolt on his right hand stays with him no matter what form he's in (funnily enough, it stays even if he turns into something without hands. It just appears on another body part instead.)

Naga-Bluey has immense strength due to his muscularity. He also retains the electrical powers of his dragon form. He appears imposing, what with his fangs and cobra hood, but he's actually quite sweet and enjoys cuddling (sometimes a little too tightly). He has no qualm with playing the big evil snake, though, if you ask.

I'm not terribly proud of the MS Paint-esque coloring job I did, but it's a step up from the uncolored sketches I usually slap up here. Bluey's arms could also stand to be a little longer. Gah, and I just realized I forgot his bellybutton. You can't have a bare belly without a navel. That's just not RIGHT.

In the interest of citing my sources, I was inspired by  icyaura's profile ID while planning out Bluey's snake form. I didn't trace it or anything, but I did watch it closely while drawing, to make sure I got the snake-ish anatomy correct.
