nostrils (at least with irl horses) can tell you the horses mood/whatever too. ie: frightened/anxious/alert horses sort of like the 3rd head will have really large, round nostrils. this may just come out as awkward in art though, idk.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND
I could barely put the nostrils in the right spot on some of these. I keep wanting to put them super high up and it's like 'no stawp what even are you doing'.
