A little description of her skin:

Its a latex like substance covered in synthetic fur and hair. It is room temperature so the warmer inside the warmer her skin is.

Underneath the latex is a red goo that is similar to the goop that one puts into bike tires to seal punctures, thus is simulated blood in case of nicks and small damages in order to maintain organic image.
