One of the Higher rank agents and somewhat eccentric, Zack Rally. Zack is one of the mons who enjoys the company of many mons; inside the URA and out. He also sees the different side of Rob's statements. The most surprising thing about him is that for some reason many females slept with him; with no knowledge of what happen hours before.

Zack is very strong and is very intellengent in battle. His charm with women can't be outmatched and his personality is something many other should keep an eye on.
