It's actually ironic he always comes out that way, since he actually dresses really heavily most of the time to aid with his shapeshifting powers, which are expanded if he has a lot of mass close at hand at any given time. In his world there are shapeshifters who have to adhere to kind of psuedoscientific laws of creation/destruction of mass.

Um, that's exactly the problem. I'm having trouble with that aspect. He's not emerging because he needs a story to follow and I can't seem to make one happen.
I literally don't get passionate about drawing SQUAT unless it has a well-set-up story behind it, and Manny doesn't quite yet, because my imagination fundamentally is crippled. XD
