Sooooo, I've decided to start a Pokemon chibis series. And this is the first one done after I decided that but technically I guess the Whimsicott was the first. lol
Plusle and Minun~!! I put the electricity energy symbol from the original pokemon cards behind them because I was at a loss for what to do with the glowing heart and what-not. lol
Anyway, here's the cuteness of the 'twin' pokemon. (not sure if they're called that, but I'm calling them that. lol)
