I have arted! I was bored and because I have an idea of drawing paws like this for something a bit more meaningful, I started sketching up what the back of a rat paw held in a loose fist might look like. Anthro rat paw of course. I tried to emphasize this by the textured fur on the wrist and the thumb claw, while otherwise having smooth skin.
I did two left paws (because I could look at the back of my left hand while drawing with the right), although I'm uncertain about which claw design I like better. I want it to be authentic and not a Lee Press On Nail.
What do folks think? What else should I be doing to make these paws look realistic?

Thank you, Hawl! I'm very honored you think so! But no, this is one of my sketches, and one that could stand vast improvement. I have more desire to see these things in art than I have talent from God to bring them to life. But what He has given me is in other directions, so I content myself that way.
