My entry for the Mythical Creatures Contest, I was a little rushed... As I found out late about the contest but it sounded like too much fun to pass up! And the prize money would be really, really fantastic for us. ;___;
Hopefully I did everything right... This is my first time entering on Deviantart. >_<;
I wanted to do something more elegant because I find Medusa's story to be quite sad. Unfortunately due to time the original concept I had got scrapped. Hope you like regardless! :D
The back image was meant to resemble Greek Pottery, symbols are two snakes... For Medusa's sisters/fellow Gorgons, Athena's "All Seeing Eye" and the Trident of Poseidon.

It's a shame you didn't win, it really is a great shirt. You get the last laugh though since the DA shop is going to be closing it's doors. You know you could just get rid of the DA symbol and sell the shirt yourself. I would definitely buy one. I hear Red-Bubble is a good place to sell from.
