Oh gosh! Magic? I never thought about that! Some kind of chibi, cuteness magic?
To be honest, she's not a magic using character. She's a Shaolin monk that's well versed in the martial arts and the use of pole arms.
She's a master at the arts and has been a guardian to one of the more powerful lords before starting her own temple to become a teacher.
I kinda look at the blue highlights as more of an actiony embellishment to the pic like you would see in action scenes from comics or even the ancient Batman television series with Adam West, lol.
