Here are the sketches of Noire Lovelock the cambion. I didn't incorporate his incubus form which isn't much anyway besides a wardrobe change, a pair of horns and a change in personality.lol
I experimented with some of his features, mostly the hair. You see, when I first drew him, all of his hair was over his left shoulder. I let some of it loose in other drawings but I can't decide what looks better. Maybe the first... I also omitted the eye patch in two heads for some reason. It might fit...

Thanks!;u; Sorry for the late reply and long comment.>.< I had to try to come up with an excuse for why I haven't yet recently.XD A long time ago I attempted comics but now, it's much harder to get my ideas together. I was supposed to try making one a few months ago. Noire and Dante were supposed to be made especially for a comic idea I had. Then other events happened including the hot summer days and nights which hinder my concentration and promote my procrastination. It will be just my luck that I can finally feel comfortable to work on it again when my classes begin. :/
But besides that, I should just get back to it soon, regardless. It's just hard for me to get started on things like this.^^

I've been trying to get up the energy to start on my own comic as well.. Along with a friend of mine, we have a project in the works for several years. Every time I try to start on our comic I get discouraged because I don't yet feel I do our characters justice. XD Then again, that's just me being my own worst critic. I lack motivation... xD <3<3

Haha, I believe I'm in a similar position. I don't feel I do my characters justice also. I mean, I am never satisfied with their character designs which is why I change them constantly. I also undergo various style changes to accommodate this. I never get the chance to work under favorable conditions to practice comfortably which is causing my style to mature slower than I want it to. I'm also lacking in motivation and I don't like change at the same time I would like to be good enough to make a good comic. I'm just not as interested in stuff like this as I used to when I was a kid. Hey, no-one told me that loosing motivation and creativity this quickly was a part of growing up.XD

LOL OMG, I KNOW THAT EXACT SAME FEELING!!! In just a year my style changed so drastically that there's no point in starting one until I find a comfortable grey area. XD But then again, if you go back and look at great comics such as Starfighter (if you like Yaoi... LOLZ) from when that artist started until now there's an amazing amount of improvement in style and character design. So I guess I shouldn't wanna postpone it simply because if my discomfort with my characters. What scares me is more or less backgrounds... DUN DUN DUUUUN... They're the bane of my existence.. o_O

Haha, yep!:D Another thing is that I am bad with paneling. I never actually studied the actual art of sequential art and whatnot. I asked around for some tips and I didn't realize how much work goes into the study # I wonder if I can do it or not because I would have to learn something from scratch, you know, without much of a foundation regardless of my several childish attempts at making comic books. Sometimes I just don't feel like learning anything brand new if you know what I mean. I wish I had a better background and understanding of comics.
But yeah, I guess we could chat more. I just don't use any chatting sites or instant messengers on the regular so I guess this is fine if you don't mind a few notes or something?^^

Hahaha I can appreciate that as well. XD My paneling is terrible. Then again, I'm self-taught everything. The art classes I took in highschool were such cake that I'd finished my entire years projects in the first quarter. The teacher pretty much sat and bullshited with me all class. xD
The only real experience I have with comics is what I've tried to do myself. It helps that I'm a comic book/manga fan so I'm not at a 'total' loss. But I still lack experience myself. Paneling and backgrounds. Backgrounds are what scare me the most. o_o

I never really liked any of my art classes since elementary. Most of them couldn't even draw or teach all that well. The best ones I took were in my university where the professors actually had sense.XD
Whew, it's been years since I voluntarily opened up a comic book to read it from start to finish. The same goes for webcomics.XD I nearly forgot how these things work. It will be difficult to get back into it though.
