This is my new car.
It is a 1988 Acura Integra LS 2Dr Hatchback
Got it for $1850
For the age, it is in REALLY good condition.
The interior is in great shape, the rims are not black or rusted, and the paint is not too shabby as well.
I (with the help of some good friends) installed a new clutch kit and flywheel (+$200)
We are installing 2 new replacement parts on the suspension system later today (I KEEP FORGETTING WHAT THE DAMN PIECE IS CALLED!)
I plan on restoring the car..Keeping everything original, but making it a little quicker than I should probably be driving. ;D IT WILL BE A SLEEPER!
Future plans: Tire re-alignment, AC charge, Motor belt replacement, Alarm system, Custom Cold Air Intake, Speaker system, annnnnnd.. Thats about it for now.

Oh I will. Before I replaced the clutch I drove Cookie like hell (for the day and a half it worked after buying it)
But after spending so many hours under the hood, on my back, taking him apart and putting him back together, I have gathered so much appreciation for Cookie.
It is in really good condition and I plan on keeping it that way.

That thing is in great shape! Don't ruin it, it's a historical car now :3
I just checked out the other pics... I had those EXACT same seats in my first car, a 1987 Honda Civic hatch. The stock ones were half vinyl and torn to crap. Found a Teggy in a junkyard with perfect seats, took them out and put them in my civic, fit perfectly. I remember they were so comfy. I haven't had that car for about 10 years now :/

Considering it was my first car, yeah I loved it. It was slow as molasses - had a carbureted 1.3L making 68 hp, 5 speed stick.
It had about 330,000 km on it when I sold it, still ran pretty nice for its age.
Here it is!

Then these ones :p

Yep the 3rd gens are my favorites. I have owned in order: 1995 Integra LS, 1993 integra LS Special, and now my 1997 integra GS :p
Yours is almost too clean to see snow, I would strongly consider buying a winter beater (if u can afford one) for the snow and park that over the winter season.

We do not get too much snow down here :p I'm more worried about not having an alarm system. me and my friendds actually theink we want to take it to a car show when I get it fully restored. I didn't think cookie was worthy at first..but its an old car that looks like it has been on the road for no longer than 1 year, and so they talked me into trrying it sometime
Thanks! :D
I wish I had offered less than 1800 though..
The new clutch, flywheel, alignment, tie rod ends, belts, and AC recharging cost about 500 bucks.
Not bad though... I was still under budget of $2500 and got GREAT experience under the hood putting everything in by hand.
