My rat Kurt died tonight.. He was about 2.5 and he was going down hill fast. He started out with an abscess, that quickly got infected and resulted in another tumor. He had a stroke and died due to respiratory failure. I've had him ever since he was a little baby and watching him grow was amazing. He was an old man but I loved him so much. He was my little baby boy and he was the best rat anyone could ever ask for. He was so intelligent and so full of life. He was always so hyper I could never take a picture of him! But his favorite spot was either sitting on my shoulder or in my lap. We were so close and I will never have another rat like him. I'm going to miss him so much, but it puts me at peace knowing he isn't suffering anymore.

I love you so much Kurt, i'll never ever forget the little light you've been in my life for the past 2 and a half years, thank you so much.
