Its quite enjoyable. Next time I get out there, I'm going to try and clean up some of those stray logs and branches. Some of them are very much in the way, and are awkward hazards.

sandy rivers hmm, well then there's actual quicksand potential! Just watch for the confluence of two bodies of water, such as a stream joining a river, and then you may have some chances at more 'interesting' soil situations!

Why do we never see you in the mud? Is it just because your camera doesn't have a timer and you never bring anyone to do the photography?

I have a thing about public exposure, not to mention its the internet, once a picture is posted, its always somewhere, and I'd hate for such a picture to find its way to say, my parents or persons whom don't know of my interesting hobby
