shorty-antics-27 offered a limited number of chibi commission slots last week, and I confess that I was playing vulture on her account, waiting to swoop down as soon as they were open! I love her style, particularly her bats, and I think she did an adorable version of Yours Truly.

In this case, Shorty was deliberately drawing Val as a feral bat, with all the anatomical peculiarities inherent to our kind, warms and legs and tail all having membranes between them to form one big surface. Anthro bats? Not so much, usually; it makes it far too difficult to dress them!
That said, I've thought about a more modest tail that DOES have a small, triangular vestigial flap, but I've never been sure just what it should look like.
