My quarian, Zeek'fashla's older brother, Raszda'Adul.

I can already hear a million people getting ready to comment on how quarians can't have siblings, so, let me explain...

Zeek’s mother is his biological mother. His biological father died before he was born.
His mother got together with Raszda’s father, when Raszda was a younger kid. So, Zeek was raised by Raszda’s father, and affectionately calls Raszda his brother, even though they are not blood related.

Raszda is about 7 or 8 years older than Zeek, and he used to work as a military operative for reconnaissance missions. he suffered a bad injury to his face when his visor was badly damaged in an electrical accident on a ship he was serving on. He almost lost sight in his left eye and nearly died, but—unfortunately, due to the high casualties from the accident, there were enough medical supplies to keep him alive until they returned to the Migrant Fleet, and there he was properly cared for. It took him roughly two years to fully recover, and since then he’s been working as an engineer/ship repair.

Zeek really looks up to Raszda, because he’s brave and intelligent and well-liked among their community, whereas Zeek is sort of seen as… kind of the village idiot I guess. But Zeek isn’t exactly stupid. He’s just very, very trusting, and gullible. Raszda always looked out for him when he was growing up..but once Zeek became of age and was working toward his pilgrimage, Raszda sort of drifted apart from him, expecting him to go his own way. Zeek, however was really far behind and his parents pleaded with their ship’s captain to sort of.. have his pilgrimage held off for a few years so Zeek could better learn how to survive outside the Fleet. And that’s sort of how Zeek meets up with Tyb’baral, my girlfriend’s Quarian boy, and the two of them kind of team up on their pilgrimages.
