Hehe, no. Her body keeps a constant charge unless one of two things happens. If she is hit by a lightning bolt, she can convert it immediately into an attack. If she comes in contact with water, her charge becomes erratic and she ends up getting hurt. And the only reason she would run anywhere is if she got caught.
