What do you do, when you see a sad little foal? Give her a cookie. Or two...
This is Defenceless, as a foal. She did get a slight bit chubbier, until she got her Cutiermark. While she loves fat and chubbness, she doesn't really like it on herself, as she was bullied for it as a kid.
Guess, that her parents just loved her a tad to much.
As she grew up, she managed to get to her current slim form. And instead of eating away when troubled, she will now just stuff her husband instead.

OuO That is so freaking adorable, absolutely personifies the word "Defenceless" and yet that cuteness is her defence because... COME ON, who would ever wanna hurt such an adorable widdle thing with those huge puppy dog eyes.
I really think the bottom pic is more of a 'technical' achievement though I'm very impressed at how you got her belly to spread out like that along with the folds in her 'baby fat'.
