Stay Tooned!
Tooned! is a series based on Roleplay from the Toon Monsters of the "Yu-Gi-Oh" franchise (e.i. Dark Rabbit, Toon Alligator, Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon, Toon Summoned Skull, Bickuribox, etc). And they always appear with Toon World as the background or in the picture with them.
It stars Zoey (Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon)
Sage (Bickuribox)
Starr (Toon Alligator)
Dementia (Dark Rabbit)
Nova (Toon Summoned Skull)
Faith (Toon Dark Magician Girl)
and Blight (Toon Cannon Soldier).
They either act comically rediculous (imitating the Toon Monsters) or perform sexual acts on eachother.

I haven't notice any winged-beast that was Anti-Insect or Anti-Plant (only in Pokemon)
I LOVE to hear feedback about my card game
To create a game, you need an idea, theme, inspiration or even something you like (ex: NecroMasters' theme is Necromancy, an ancient and magical method of communicating/summoning the dead).
Another method is gameplay. You need to know how your game will work. Try experimenting on that. You might end up with ideas like chips, tokens or dice.
And lastly; Basics. You got to have a deck, discard pile and hand. You can't have a good card game without those. The interesting part is deciding if you wanna give them names (ex: Mortuary/Library = Deck, Graveyard/Cemetery = Discard Pile).
I hope this works out for you ^^;
