Last Saturday, I had a special request to bring a few fursuiters down for a special birthday party at Kenmore Lanes - home of the When Furballs Strike meets - twin boys Jacob and Joseph (sitting in the front row) were turning 9, and they have had a rough life as foster kids, bouncing around between homes and never even celebrating their birthday before this day.
They have just been set up with a new, loving foster family what wanted to make sure they had a day to remember. We had a blast with the kids and this was just a really rewarding experience to be involved with, as we were able to brighten up their first celebrated birthday even more, and give them extra special memories to last a lifetime.

This is so touching to see!! *wipes tear from corner of eye* My family did foster care for 15 years, and in that time we had 35 foster kids in and out. We tried to help each one of them have a somewhat normal life, and it's nice to see someone trying to do the same as we did. Please keep up the good work!!!!
