My understanding of this character is that he is a male stallion Siren. The description I was given is as follows:

"When Thunder uses his roar, his jaw unhinges, opening his mouth 2-3 times wider than normal."

So... y'know... keep that in mind before messaging me to tell me his mouth looks weird. XD

There will be background added to this to at least establish that he's not just kind hovering in mid-air in a very awkward pose. ;)
