I needed a new icon for here + FAM and FAZ, but it's also an example of what I can make. Normally these will probably be clear BG'd, but my laptop at the moment doesn't have photoshop.
Something like this can be anywhere from 2 to 4 USD$, depending on difficulty, amount of colors, and animation. Animations are typically blinking and small hand/arm/leg/tail/ears movements.
