Will scrap when I no longer need critique

I would love some critique and or redlines on this picture please. The species of dog is a corgi/Bichon frise mix.
Photos of him can be seen below for reference.
Any help would be appreciated.

The most noticeable things I can see would be to move his eyes down a bit on his face, flatten out his head shape a little bit, and make the ears smaller. The nose could use some enlarging, too.
Adding some scruff in his cheek area might help, and fluffing the tail out some more, too- look at the third picture you posted, it seems like the bottom of his tail especially splays out when it's held up like that rather than being more compact.

This dog's hips are almost invisible, and he has so little leg definition. When I first looked at your drawing, the low back hip you drew looked a bit out of place, but when I look at the dog pictures, it is even more pronounced than what you show, his back leg blends into his waist very well, with thick fur there.
I think the picture shows a smaller lower jaw on the dog than what you are drawing, especially in the headshot, you can see he has an underbite. I think if the jawline was less curved it would make it look more like the pictures.
