Because there isn't an image of Mistah Cerberusson in his combat armor yet. It's partially inspired by the Firebat/Marauder power armor from Starcraft 2, except this is just a plate armor setup made with lightweight, but bulky composite materials. Since he doesn't have hands, he instead has weapon-bracers; Again, much like the Firebats and Marauders which have weapon-gauntlets.

The weapon-bracers shown here are his signature weapons, known as the Giant Blades... for... rather obvious reasons. They're massive, reversible blades about seven feet long that pivot around the butt end. I didn't include the wings or tail, at least this time, because the wing armor is relatively simple in comparison, and... well, I forgot to draw in his wings and tail. Because I'm a forgetful douche that sometimes forgets the big picture in favor of little details.
