It's because Bastet hypothesis is based on the etruscan passage "Thesan eiseras seus" which can be roughly translated with "Thesan (of) the underworld gods". In this comic I'm assuming that there are various underworlds, one for each credence and, in this specific case, she's reffering to the etruscan one.
