I just realized as I was looking at this doodle again, that it should be a high pressure symbol instead of a low pressure symbol. I was just throwing random cold weather icons on there.
Either way, that's not actually a newspaper anyway, seeing as it's about 115 years in the future. It's his computer screen, and you're seeing his back-wallpaper. Also, it's holographic, and so are those hands.
