Perhaps it's the union jack armband, but I don't usually wear that. They say I sound British. Too much Doctor who, perhaps?
And you can get bowler caps at some more fancy dress type stories, where you get suits and the like, I think. One guy in my dad's apartment complex has one, and I once saw a guy wearing one in a taco bell, they're out there.
