I am Commander of a large Starfleet deep space tracking station and Radar facility outside of Boston. I report to Vice Admiral Layton at Starfleet Command.

Why Would Starfleet put a tracking station in Boston? When is the last time you saw an Earthquake or Hurricane hit Boston? :)
