he's very slow on lreaning things and thinks he know everything about being a Officer of the law
he looks up to commander Silver Mane and some day wish's he would be just like him,and become
a top rank Officer,Vick has huge crush on Silver Mane but is to shy to tell him,Vick is a very skilled
Officer and has powers of a demon fox inside him,which mask's it easy for him to solve any crime out there.

he all can summon a large Mecha Fox
which he and his team use to fight other mecha's
that come to harm the city.
