$50 is a bit much for just that?

I don't mean to be rude! I mean in my own personal opinion of course!

understood, but it is baseline prices and eveerything i do is done on-demand immediately theres very little wait time for my art, so your also paying for speed and convienence instead of waiting goodness knows how long, granted its mosty because its merely baseline prices, $50 is for full color and shading, i'm rather lax on complexity and my clients don't much complain for it. Ponies are simpler yes but I still work both quickly and efficiently, Mayhaps drop by one of my streams to get a better idea of how i conduct business and you may see better for yourself? I understand the prices on ponies seem unfair but its just a way of normalizing prices.

$10 for a sketch
$25 for an ink
$40 for flat color
$50 for shading

and unless the character is uncessesarily complex in both markings and design, i usually am pretty cool about complexity.

And in this particular case, the payments were actually split up over time, since I paid for the ink lineart some time ago, then last night asked for the coloring as an upgrade. Made it easier on the monthly budgets that way.
