Raikuen's father would be part of the organization with the advanced technology that made fusing DNA from for example dragons with that of a multicellular organism possible... yea more bad background info but it's where Raikuen became a human dragon hybrid.
These were made on bigger sheets of paper than A4 paper and my scanner is made for A4 paper so it didn't come out so well.
