A lot of things have happened this past few days. I had a huge week of illness and could not rest properly with some people fucking everything up by abrupt inconsiderate talking or just improper behavior.
My mom sued me for money again, so I need to at least earn up to 160USD (~200SGD) every month so that I won't get sued. I cannot do anything about it unless I am 21 years of age. When doing commissions, my dad and stepmom thinks I am just loathing and not even earning even if I gave them most of the money from my commissions.
With this lack of money, I have not been eating well and not being doing well just overall. I am tired and I just feel very lifeless and depressed...

You just need to fight through it. Things like this don't last forever. You said it yourself, you just need to wait until you're 21 and it should become easier. When I work, I'm forced to give all my money to my parents as well, since my dad loves to live a lifestyle that none of us can afford. You're situation is obviously worse, but... I wish you luck and hope you realize, like I said, that things will pass in time.
