I know this looks questionable but this isn't intended to be anything adult. This was something I drew one morning in the kitchen. Way back when I had to wake up early to help with our puppy. I was so happy with the anatomy I didn't want to draw a shirt over it. I have poor vision so I tend to draw my lines really heavy. So a shirt would've just meant I'd have to do some erasing and smudge the paper up. I was too tired to bother with it.

The necklaces are a Ankh and a Repo The Genetic Opera scalpel necklace. Both I own in real life. This was also back before my Fursona got her new look.
