tessen are those steel "War fans", right? what is a "shotel" again? I have to pick up on japanese weapon name lore, I guess.

ah, thanks for the info. so are those swords to be seen in that "Sinbad's Seventh Journey" actually shotel blades?

btw, curious mix of weapons. :)

No, I believe what Sinbad wields is a scimitar. A shotel is smaller in width, and efficient in working around an opponent's shield to gouge their kidneys.
